“I understand that volunteering with Ballin’ 4 Burgundy is a community service role and does not create an employment relationship or guarantee compensation. I agree to arrive on time, follow instructions from event leadership, perform my assigned duties responsibly, and treat players, guests, staff, officials, sponsors, and other volunteers with respect.
I understand that event activities may involve standing, walking, lifting light items, working outdoors, and being near active basketball games. I will immediately report any injury, unsafe condition, emergency, or concern to an event organizer. I agree to protect confidential information, event materials, equipment, and property entrusted to me and to follow all safety, conduct, and venue rules.”
Volunteers under the age of majority may be required to provide additional parent or guardian authorization. This general volunteer agreement should be reviewed by the organizer’s legal or insurance professional before official use.
