“I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance or a specific location. Vendor placement, access times, setup instructions, and any applicable fees or payment deadlines will be confirmed by Ballin’ 4 Burgundy after approval.
I agree to follow all event, venue, safety, fire, health, sanitation, and municipal requirements. I accept responsibility for my merchandise, equipment, staff, transactions, permits, insurance, cleanup, and conduct. I release Ballin’ 4 Burgundy, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, officials, contractors, partners, and venue representatives from liability for loss, theft, property damage, injury, interruption, or expenses related to my participation, except where prohibited by law.
I understand that failure to comply with event rules may result in removal without refund. I will leave my assigned space clean and in the same condition in which it was received.”
